Not much detail on energy efficiency details other than windows and appliances. What type of walls? How much insulation? What type of heating/cooling? Any passive solar included in design? This presentation is more about interior staging.

not my style but, for what it is, the execution looks to be good. nice color scheme. in the kitchen, i like how they transitioned from cabinets to open shelving in the corners. i also like how they created spacing between the kitchen hood and the cabinets. that style of hood is not the best if you want to jam the cabinets up against it. it’s always good when people try to consider energy efficiency, but an “energy efficient house” usually involves a bit more than just throwing in a few energy star appliances and usually encompasses elements in the… Read more »
