This modern-rustic residence is renovation project by interior designer Rauscher & Associates along with builder John Kramer & Sons, located in Eden Prairie, a city just outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The home is situated in the prestigious and beautiful gated-community of Bearpath, ideally positioned on the Bearpath Golf & Country Club greens and fairways. The open plan family room is one of the most stunning features of this home, with a natural stone clad fireplace and reclaimed timber beams that infuses warmth and coziness into the space.
