The first thing you notice in this bright and airy home is the open and spacious kitchen. With crisp white walls and custom cabinetry, which is also painted white, with the exception of the island. The island color pops against the white, painted in Newburyport Blue HC-155 | Benjamin Moore.

White subway tiles on the backsplash and white engineering stone countertops add to the overall chic style of this kitchen. The wood pantry provides a nice contrast in addition to the blue of the island. Visual Comfort pendant light fixtures illuminate the space, their transparency helps to not detract from the overall look.
