Clad with stone and cedar siding on the exterior facade, this home makes quite a presence on the lake. Its surrounded by a backdrop of heavy woods and fronted by a pristine lake, perfect for enjoying summer vacations. The property also features lushly planted gardens and stone steps making its way to the lake. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the beautiful weather and its lakefront location. Spread out over two levels including a fully finished basement level, there is plenty of space to live, entertain and host overnight guests. An upstairs balcony offers lakefront views and access via a staircase from the ground level.
Upon entryway into the home, you will notice the heavy use of rustic material elements of wood and stone. These materials add warmth and character to the space, lending a timeless aesthetic. The living room is characterized by soaring ceilings, heavy wood trusses and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a wood mantel. Leather furnishings are arranged around the fireplace, allowing for great conversation amongst family and friends. An area rug helps to define the space, adding warmth, texture and pattern.
