Contemporary family home in Toronto offers stylish living

The Boulevard-Urban Development-01-1 Kindesign

This spacious two-story contemporary property entitled “The Boulevard” was designed by Urban Development, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Comprised of 5,400 square feet of living space, this custom designed family residence offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Upon entryway into the home, you are greeted by a beautiful white marble flooring, which can also be found in the bathrooms. A more formal living room welcomes visitors in to relax on the beautiful furnishings, while if you look up you will notice an exquisite ceiling with ornate moulding. Flooring throughout the rest of the interiors is comprised of quarter sawn white oak, infusing warmth into the home.

What We Love: Throughout the interiors of this home are intricate details that reflects personality and style that makes this a very welcoming home. This striking island kitchen features a black granite countertop and Macassar Ebony custom cabinetry, while the perimeter cabinets are a crisp white with grayish-white quartz countertops. The upper cabinets feature a striking mirrored glass inlays, adding some extra style to the space. Modern pendant lights over the island were sourced from Barn Light Electric.

The master bedroom is a serene oasis in a neutral color scheme with warm hardwood flooring. A large picture window frames the woods at the back of the property and helps to bathe the space with natural light. A cozy sitting area and en-suite bathroom makes this space a heavenly retreat at the end of the day.
