This gorgeous beach-style home was designed by Alicia Torosian Design in collaboration with Taily Properties, located in Port Streets, a quaint neighborhood in Newport Beach, California.

This ground-up rebuild was completely furnished and stocked like a vacation home by interior designer Alicia Torosian.

To create the feeling of a grand entry in this dwelling, the project team raised the ceiling and added tongue & groove with white oak wood beams, along with wallpaper, to all the walls.

In this living room the custom plaid chairs make a beautiful statement, while the layered rugs add texture while defining the space.

The living room was designed to feel like its own space, while using the same paint color and wood stain from the kitchen, creating a cohesive look with the rest of the home.

The range is a Thermador 48″ dual fuel range. The backsplash tile is the Zagora Blanc from Bedrosians Tile.
