The builder purchased an apple orchard five minutes from where he had grown up. Building on this property was intended to have a home conducive to entertaining overnight guests year-round.

To make this home spacious enough to host guests, the builder opted for an open floor plan layout, centered around an oversized stone fireplace.

The goal for the interiors scheme was to create a classic look with a modern twist. The homeowner wanted the overall feel to be timeless.

Character was infused into the palette in the form of images that reflect the homeowner’s travel experience and passions. The vibe of a home can be easily changed with the addition of artwork.
