The living room slip-covered sectional is from Pottery Barn. The coffee table was purchased from West Elm. The wid plank wood flooring is the Whiskey finish from Palladio. It’s a wire brush finish on oak.

The striking area rug adds a pop of color to the dining room, sourced from Lulu & Georgia.

The kitchen faucet is the Parq bridge faucet with cross handles from Kohler in polished chrome. The cabinets are painted black, sourced from Menards.

In the powder bathroom, the wallpaper is the New Contemporary Two collection, pattern — Woods, from Cole & Son.

The shower enclosure was custom fabricated on site with a local metal worker. The stool was purchased from Marshall’s. The flooring is a custom colored Granada Tile from their Echo Collection.
