This particular area contains 513 acres, more than 100 of which are reserved for lakes, forests, and wetlands. The property itself is very unique, as there is the main residence and a land bridge connecting to a small island on the same property.

The home encompasses just over 5,000 square feet of living space for this family of five.

The entryway features brick pavers in a herringbone pattern. Shiplap walls and wood ceilings add warmth and character to the space.

The family room’s fireplace surround features an oyster shell tabby. Tabby is a type of concrete made by burning oyster shells to create lime and then mixing it with water, sand, ash, and broken oyster shells.
