A Sophisticated Ski-in, Ski-out Retreat With Dramatic Utah Mountain Views

From the exterior facade, the architect has created a full-scale, sculptural masterpiece nestled in the mountains. The dramatic entryway creates a show-stopping starting point.

A stone pathway leads to a covered front porch, where a prominent roofline seems to be floating off of a stacked stone fireplace. The spectacular shape of the roofline appears to stretch out and welcome guests.

Throughout the seasons, this home feels energetic yet soothing at the same time, providing guests with a spa-like atmosphere.

Throughout the interiors, you will find exquisite artwork intermingled with posh touches such as sparkling light fixtures, layers of texture, and a mix of materials such as metal, rock, and reclaimed wood.

In the foyer, the abstract art painting is called “Nights Rim” by Luis Garcia-Nerey. The Lianne Gold wall sconce is by Ralph Pucci.

In this elegant kitchen, dual islands provide plenty of space for prep and dining. The custom cabinetry is walnut that has been wire-brush, while the countertops are a Macaubas quartzite.

In the dining room, an exquisite branch-like light fixture is suspended above the table. The custom table features a white oak top with a natural bronze base.

The upper level encompasses the owner’s suite, offering all of the luxuries one would expect in a private penthouse. This includes a large office, a pair of balconies, and a boutique-inspired dressing area.
