Amplifying the charm of the existing timber frame design, larger, energy-efficient windows were installed on the southern gable, enabling natural light to flood into the family room while capturing the Worcester Range views.

Renovations to the outside concentrated on three phases of landscaping to craft a “Sherwood Forest” ambiance around the home’s developed areas while incorporating a fabulous deck and stainless steel spa in an amazing boulder-scape.

An addition created a new seamless connection between the main home and living space above the garage, adding a private seating area and TV room for the upper-level bedrooms.

All bedrooms were converted to ensuites, the mudroom/powder room entry was reimagined, and additional upgrades were completed to the lower level including adding a guest suite, family room, exercise room, and steamer shower bathroom.
