The structure was designed as a duplex home encompassing 10,063 square feet — 5,628 square feet (Unit A) and 4,435 square feet (Unit B).

Both units feature master suites, secondary bedrooms, laundry, kitchen, great room, dining, outdoor patios, and roof decks.

Defined by materials such as stucco, cedar, and porcelain, this mountain dwelling features cantilevered forms that hover over the magnificent property along the White River National Forest.

The bold artwork in the hallway is by artist Adam Neate.

Suspended from the ceiling, this sculpture appears to dive through the air. The sculpture, along with several other pieces in this home, is fabricated by Guadalajara-based artist Claudia Rodriquez.
