Encompassing 4,500 square feet of living space, the layout was designed in the form of an H-shape. The private bedroom zones are separated by a glass central core — which houses the dining area — from the public zones.

Spacious living areas feature expansive walls of glass to invite natural light and frame intimate lake views through the embankment.
