Tour this magical lake house retreat on the picturesque Lake Sunapee

Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, this extraordinary family retreat in Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire was reimagined by Charles R. Myer & Partners in collaboration with Kate Maloney Interior Design.

Situated on a prominent spot in Newbury, the once-neglected original 1920s Adirondack-style house and boat house have been meticulously restored to their former glory.

This Lake Sunapee retreat provides a family with a wonderful escape to connect with the great outdoors.

Inviting living spaces provide a relaxed vibe throughout, focusing on the spectacular views of the lake.

We are loving all of the thoughtfully curated furnishings, fixtures, and accessories throughout this home and the fabulous places to lounge while soaking in the sights of nature.

In the kitchen, the light fixture above the island is from Roll & Hill, while the wall sconces are from O’Lampia Studio.

There are three cabinet colors in this gorgeous kitchen. Lowers, uppers, and the island — all in perfect harmony.

The dining room table was sourced from Lekker Home. The light fixture over the table is from Roll & Hill. The art print over the fireplace is by photographer Charlie Moore, sourced from Blazing Editions.
