A Florida home gets a stunning makeover with warm and inviting interiors

Located in Winter Park, Florida, Ashley Martin Home has beautifully reimagined her own family residence, showcasing transitional-style interiors.

Over a span of just over three months, the designer thoughtfully transformed her 4,000-square-foot dwelling, aiming to achieve a harmonious feel by blending modern and traditional elements through a transitional aesthetic.

Despite the exterior of the house having a very traditional aesthetic, the designer focused on carrying that style into the interior, resulting in refreshed living spaces with a transitional style.

The home possesses a transitional aesthetic, blending a neutral color palette with subtle blue and rich green accent hues.

To infuse warmth and depth, the designer incorporated woven elements and wooden tones throughout the interiors.

The kitchen was the most extensive part of the renovation of this home. To achieve a more open layout, the designer made the bold decision to remove the wall that separated the kitchen and family room.

Among the designer’s favorite features are the gorgeous dark green cabinets juxtaposed with the warm wood tone island, the sleek slide-in stainless steel range, and the elegant matte black faucet, fixtures, and hardware.

This kitchen nook was formerly an unusable space and was transformed into a cozy dining nook that is the perfect spot for the family to gather.
