Nestled slopeside on the outskirts of the Whitefish Mountain Resort, this 2,626-square-foot retreat was built by Bear Mountain Builders to withstand the harsh Montana winters.

The design team created this home to offer everything one would expect to find in a ski chalet: a fantastic location, cozy living spaces, a spacious kitchen, plenty of amenities, and a well-designed floor plan to capture natural light.

Bright pops of color can be seen throughout the interiors, creating a feeling of warmth and playfulness. A 1970’s ski chalet theme was employed to the interiors, which was carried out by Hunter & Company Interior Design, who infused blue and orange accents.

In the powder room, the builders crafted a custom designed steel beam sink that runs wall to wall, covered by a glass countertop. A rust wall finish infuses the space with rich color and texture.
