Environmental stewardship interweaves throughout, with features like a geothermal HVAC system, a sustainably sourced cedar shake roof, spray foam insulation, certified green framing lumber and windows/doors, and a community solar program.

In the main bedroom, the bed is a mix of wood and iron, a modern take on the traditional four-poster bed. Flanking the bed are bleached rough-hewn wooden side tables.
