This breathtaking Greek Revival home in Memphis gets a moody makeover

This Greek Revival home, nestled on eight acres of pastoral land in Memphis, Tennessee, was beautifully reimagined by Sean Anderson Design to meet the lifestyle needs of a family of six.

The goal of this forever home was that it needed to be timeless and reflect the owner’s love of art and design throughout the interior by incorporating various aesthetic styles and movements.

Inside, you will find many visually appealing elements, including well-scaled rooms, tall ceilings, and exquisite hardware. It just needed to be refreshed with some youthful touches.

The entry gallery is filled with mainly vintage furnishings. The walls are painted in Classic Gray OC-23 by Benjamin Moore.

The countertops in the butler’s pantry are black diamond leathered marble. The wall color was custom-matched to the wallpaper in the dining room.

The wet bar features black diamond leathered marble countertops. The walls are painted in Greenblack SW 6994 by Sherman-Williams.

This spacious kitchen features a pair of vintage armchairs encircling Robert Kuo’s “The Bean” cocktail table.

This cozy breakfast area features a custom table by the designer. This area is situated in the heart of the gallery space to create a visual separation between the great room and the kitchen.
