The region is known for its dry temperatures that can sit at over 100 degrees for weeks at a time. This played a major impact on the design, materials, and layout to keep the home cool and accessible throughout the year.

Indoors and out, this mountain lake house is a tribute to community, gathering with friends and family around the dining table or outdoors on the deck.
