In the kitchen, the design team maintained the same footprint however they enlarged the island, and integrated custom cabinetry with integrated appliances.
The backsplash features hand-painted tiles from Tabarka Studio. The countertops were sourced from Iberia Tiles.
In the living room renovation, the designer flipped this room by floating the sofa and creating a focal built-in library and media cabinet that provides plenty of storage.

In this calming bedroom, the bed is from RH Lawson, while the bedside tables are the Genevre from Perigold. On the floors, the porcelain wood-look tiles are from Rosa Gres from Iberia Tile.
