Located in Redmond, Washington, this 2,200 square foot, tri-level home built in 1977 was ready for an update. ArchiUS Design worked with the homeowners to plan a fresh layout and add needed space. After a full gut, remodel, and addition, the updated home now features 3,600 square feet of open, light-filled finished space in addition to a completely redone outdoor living space!
On the main floor, we doubled the size of the existing kitchen and transformed the once-dark space with three large windows, two skylights, and a folding, cornerless NanaWall system. Thanks to this system, the kitchen and dining areas open seamlessly to the covered deck and backyard.
What We Love: This tri-level home offers newly updated interior spaces that are fresh and airy. The redesigned layout maximizes natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout. We especially love the kitchen makeover with its attractive material selections, large island, two-tone cabinets, and skylights that fill the space with abundant light.
