Rose Rock Properties has beautifully restored this single-story 1935 stone cottage that is located in Tulsa, a city on the Arkansas River in Oklahoma. The design-build studio mixed old and new to respect this dwelling’s vintage feel while making it functional for today. This home encompasses 2,300 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a finished basement level.

The builders wanted to preserve this home, as they stated that they are disappointed when “the historical homes that make the neighborhoods of Tulsa, Oklahoma, so charming are torn down.” They saved as much as they could, even the trees, and restored this home to its former glory. They brought in old pine doors from the 1800s and kept the original solid wood doors and brass hardware.

Additional renovations in this home include new vinyl/clad windows, roof, HVAC, all new plumbing, tankless water heater, electrical, and driveway. Outside you will find a professionally landscaped lawn along with two decks for entertaining family and friends.
