This gorgeous modern farmhouse style home was designed by Torch Architecture in collaboration with M House Development, located in Naperville, Illinois. This home encompasses 3,400 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The farmhouse is approximately 54′ wide by 45′ deep plus a 13′ x 13′ three seasons room off the back. JamesHardie Trim boards are used around the windows to match the Hardie Arctic White siding. The 12″ square by 10′ tall columns are wood with JamesHardie wrapped around them.
A walkway leads up to this gorgeous modern farmhouse, where an inviting 8-foot deep porch provides a comfortable spot for relaxing. Welcoming you inside is the Simpson door from the Nantucket line. If you notice on the second level, there is a balcony off the master bedroom with trex decking.

Above: The roof shingles are Timberline GAF HD Shingles in Charcoal and the metal roof is Pac Clad Musket Gray. The windows are black Pella ProLine windows (upper windows are 58″x59″). Battens have a 16″ spacing. The porch ceiling color is SW 7069 Iron Ore.
Above: The porch lights are manufactured by Hinkley Lighting, the York 3 light outdoor pendants. The front door is painted in Sherwin Williams TriCorn Black SW6258. Door dimensions are 3’x8′ (6’x8′ total). LPยฎ SmartSideยฎ Trim was used on the porch posts. The mailbox was purchased from Pottery Barn. The front porch stone is Rivenstone.
What We Love: This gorgeous modern farmhouse offers beautiful design elements such as an inviting front porch, metal roof, sliding barn doors and board and batten siding. The dark framed windows beautifully contrasts against the white siding to provide a welcoming aesthetic.
