This hilltop ranch house was designed by Geschke Group Architecture and built by The Carver Group, located in the popular tourist town of Burnet, Texas. This home offers breathtaking views that reaches all the way to Lake Buchanan, the second largest of the Highland Lakes in Central Texas. Embracing the beautiful Texas Hill Country style, the interior design of this lovely abode was commissioned by Austin-based interiors studio Jennifer Garner Interiors.

Inside this home you will find exquisite stone walls, large beams, shiplap ceilings, and a warm neutral color palette, blending the interior with the exterior. One-of-a-kind quartzite and labradorite countertops are the focal point of many rooms. Luxuriously appointed furnishings are anchored with custom and antique rugs for pops of red and blue that permeate throughout. Original and commissioned works of art captures the exotic animals that live on the ranch.

Where’s the kitchen sink??? I see the TINY round bar sink in the island across from the range, but I’ve looked and looked and can’t find a kitchen sink in this space. I’d have expected a sink at the windows but as far as I can tell there isn’t a real sink at all! What gives?
