This European inspired farmhouse incorporates traditional architectural materials and form while introducing a contemporary open floor plan concept pursuing maximum ocean views. The living areas are centered on an expansive peninsular fireplace and oriented towards the rear bluff-top yard improvements complete with a pool, large spa and fire-pit all with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop.
The modern design elements and exposed steel structure help to tell a history of the home that evokes generations of renovations and improvements. Overall, this gorgeous residence is a romantic reinterpretation of classical design with a modern flare.

Above: The exquisite countertop consists of a leathered slab material named “Sandalus”. The sconces are called the “Yasaman Sconce” and can be purchased through Circa Lighting.
Above: The countertop is an Onyx slab material. This is a natural stone, therefore maintenance and care would be similar to a granite or marble surface.

Above: The bedroom light fixture is from Christopher Boots and this is the Promethieus chandelier in chrome finish.
Details: There are a total of five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, along with two powder bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the basement level and four bedrooms are on the main level, with the option of converting one of those into an office!

Above: This wet room space is approximately 13″ x 6″. The entire space was treated as a wet room, with a large trough drain across the dam. It is also depressed 2″ from the bath floor to contain the shower spray.
Above: The acrylic vanity chair was sourced from Pottery Barn.
Above: A large open courtyard filters light down into a 3,000 square foot basement where one can enjoy private outdoor living. Plentiful entertainment spaces including: state of the art theater, game room, full bar, conditioned wine room, gym, guest suite as well as a large 2,000 square foot garage.
