Casa Blanca is a contemporary three level home with a stunning bright orange staircase taking center stage, designed by Martín Dulanto Arquitecto, located in Lima, Peru. This amazing home offers sleek transparent walls of glass that gives us a visual look into the main living space of this minimalistic home. Looking inside, a bright orange spiral staircase is the showstopper to this home and main focal point in the open plan living room. Unique furniture arrangements gives the homeowner different spaces to sit and enjoy the home with family and guests. This is the perfect home for entertainment, especially with the upper level terrace that gives an open air design to enjoy some fresh air and fantastic views to the natural surrounding environment.

Description from the architect:

This house has been worked on to give the appearance of a massive block, which has been excavated to generate different areas in the inside. The house has three different levels: the basement, first floor and the terrace.

The basement is connected with the exterior by voluminous windows, allowing plenty of sunlight and cross ventilation for every bedroom. The introverted character in which the design is based permits the user to enjoy privacy in every ambiance on this level.

The social area on the interior is situated in the first level. It is incorporated by a glass closing, which allows a total integration of the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. It also allows a full view of the park located in front of the house.

The terrace was plotted as an open and integrated space. A central patio helps to integrate the house, allowing a full connection on its three levels, while providing plenty of natural light and excellent ventilation.

We can observe an orange staircase situated in this ambiance that plays a main role as a protagonist.

The project has the following areas:
Basement: Central patio, living room, 3 secondary bedrooms with their own private bathrooms.

First floor: main bedroom with private bathroom, dining room, living room, patio, kitchen, service bedroom, service bathroom, service patio.

Terrace: living room, dining room, pool, resting area, BBQ area.
