The Residencia NJ project has been designed by Brazilian studio PUPO+GASPAR Arquitetura, located in Campinas, a Brazilian city of São Paulo State. Completed in 2011, this two-story contemporary home showcases 4,410 square feet of living space, built for entertaining with the living room spilling out into the backyard. interiors offers elegantly designed spaces with white walls and neutral hues throughout. The outdoor living spaces features everything from an outdoor kitchen, expansive patio, sun loungers and negative edge swimming pool with sprawling views of the rolling hills.
The studio of architecture and interior Paulo Gaspar & Gisela Pupo, was created in 1993 Over the years, other architects were joining the office, and it became a legal entity under the name PUPO+GASPAR Architecture and Interiors. Aimed at producing commercial and industrial residential architecture, this period produced over 500 projects.
Besides Architecture and Interiors, other projects are also handled by the office in partnership with professionals from various fields such as structural systems, building facilities, illumination, automation, construction, decoration and landscaping, as well as monitoring and supervision of works.
